Amazon Prime Video’s new AI tech matches lips to dubbed audio

Amazon Prime Video has introduced an AI-powered tool designed to synchronize an actor’s lip movements with dubbed audio. The technology is currently limited to the English dub of the German series Maxton Hall. This development aims to resolve the visual disconnect often found in translated content by adjusting facial animations to match foreign-language tracks. The company plans to roll out this feature to additional titles in the future.
