MorphoOrgaAgent: A Foundation-Model-Based Multi-Agent System for Autonomous Organoid Analysis
Researchers have introduced MorphoOrgaAgent, a multi-agent system designed to automate the analysis of three-dimensional tissue models known as organoids. By using foundation models to perform segmentations that were previously handled manually, the system aims to improve the efficiency of tumor development and drug testing research.
