Google Will Let Anyone Publish Privately Listed Vibe-Coded Apps on Play Store
Google is introducing a feature that allows users in the United States to publish AI-generated, privately listed apps directly to the Play Store. This update removes the requirement to manually connect a device to a computer for installation, simplifying the process for nontechnical users to deploy custom software for personal use. By facilitating the distribution of these private tools, the change lowers the technical barrier for individuals to integrate self-built AI applications into their daily workflows.
