ChatGPT becomes a full Chrome browser assistant that reads and acts on your open tabs

OpenAI has updated its Chrome extension to allow ChatGPT to access and reference information from a user's open browser tabs. By tagging Chrome during a conversation, users can now prompt the model to analyze content directly from their active web pages.
