Fidji Simo Joins Data Center Startup Nscale’s Board Ahead of IPO

Data center startup Nscale Global Holdings has appointed former OpenAI executive and current Instacart CEO Fidji Simo to its board of directors. This addition strengthens the company's leadership team as it prepares for an initial public offering. Simo brings experience from her time leading Instacart through its 2023 public listing and her previous roles at Meta Platforms and OpenAI.
