Toyota shows off SoC that stores model weights and its OS on integrated memory

Toyota has developed a system-on-chip that stores both an operating system and AI model weights within integrated memory to improve processing speed. By eliminating the need to access external memory, this architecture aims to reduce the latency and power constraints that currently limit the performance of on-board artificial intelligence in vehicles.
