Sexually Explicit Deepfake Sites Target 100-Plus Politicians in Europe

An analysis of 160 websites has identified sexually explicit deepfake imagery depicting over 100 politicians from 22 European countries. Nearly all of the targeted individuals are women, highlighting the disproportionate use of synthetic media to harass female public figures.
