PwC has allegedly published AI-generated reports containing false or fabricated sources

GPTZero has identified fabricated sources and false information within four reports published by PwC Middle East. With this discovery, all of the Big Four accounting firms have now been linked to the inclusion of AI-generated hallucinations in professional documentation. The findings highlight ongoing risks regarding accuracy and oversight as consulting organizations increasingly integrate generative AI into their formal reporting processes.
