Okta buys AI security startup Permiso; source says for about $200M

Okta has acquired identity security startup Permiso in a deal reportedly valued at approximately $200 million. The acquisition provides Okta with new threat detection features designed to help businesses manage and secure non-human identities, such as AI agents, across cloud infrastructure.
