Weak Hiring Is Hurting Young Workers More than AI, Study Says
A new study from the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation indicates that companies integrating artificial intelligence at higher rates are expanding their workforces rather than reducing them. The findings suggest that AI adoption is currently correlating with increased hiring activity, challenging earlier concerns that the technology would cause widespread displacement of entry-level positions.
