Indic DiarBench: A Joint Diarization-ASR Benchmark Dataset for Indian Languages

Sarvam AI has released Indic DiarBench, a new dataset designed to test speech recognition and speaker identification across 22 Indian languages. By providing a standardized benchmark for these technologies, the project aims to improve the accuracy of automated transcription and speaker attribution tools specifically developed for diverse linguistic environments in India.
