Exa 3.0 Search API Tops Perplexity, Brave and Parallel on 8 Benchmarks

Exa has released its 3.0 search API, which introduces a larger embedding model and a feature called Dynamic Highlights. The update also includes a lower-cost option, Exa Lite, priced at $4 per 1,000 requests. According to internal testing by the company, the new API outperforms search tools from Perplexity, Brave, and Parallel across eight different benchmarks.
