AI chatbots regularly link pregnant users to anti-abortion websites without disclosure

An investigation by AlgorithmWatch found that ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and Claude frequently direct users seeking information on unplanned pregnancies to anti-abortion organizations. These responses, which appeared in 17 percent of cases tested, do not disclose the ideological stance of the linked groups. This practice raises concerns regarding the neutrality of AI information provided to users during sensitive personal health decisions.
