AI slows growth for Infosys and keeps it afloat at the same time
Infosys reports that while generative AI services now account for more than 10 percent of company revenue, the technology is simultaneously constraining overall growth. Clients are increasingly utilizing automation to reduce operational costs, which leads to lower pricing on long-term service contracts. This shift highlights a transition for IT firms, where the adoption of AI-driven efficiencies is offsetting traditional revenue gains from large-scale enterprise deals.
