Barret Zoph, the Thinking Machines co-founder who defected to OpenAI, is now at Google

Barret Zoph, a co-founder of Thinking Machines Lab and former OpenAI researcher, has joined Google. The move follows his previous roles as CTO of his startup and as a lead researcher during a short tenure at OpenAI.
