Researchers stretch LeCun's JEPA AI into a universal world model that works from physics to biology

Researchers at PhAI Labs have adapted the JEPA architecture to function as a universal model capable of processing data across seven diverse fields, ranging from robotics to biomedicine. This expansion demonstrates the versatility of the framework by generating a liver cancer treatment candidate during laboratory testing. While these initial results are promising, further study is required to determine the viability of these findings for practical clinical therapy.
