AI detects multiple heart failure types from routine ECGs
Researchers have developed an artificial intelligence tool capable of identifying various forms of heart failure using data from standard electrocardiograms. By analyzing routine test results, this technology detects structural heart dysfunction that often goes undiagnosed during traditional clinical assessments. This approach could allow medical providers to intervene earlier by pinpointing high-risk patients through existing diagnostic procedures.
