Amazon Acquires DuckLabs and Integrates DuckDB in Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL

Amazon has acquired DuckLabs, the company responsible for the analytical database DuckDB, and will integrate the technology into Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL. The co-founders of DuckLabs will join AWS to continue development, with the database remaining open-source. This move aims to improve analytical query performance within Amazon's managed database services.
