Google AI Introduces EnvHarness: A Programmable Layer That Turns Static Agent Environments Into Adaptive Training Worlds
Google Cloud AI researchers, in collaboration with Washington University in St. Louis and UNC Chapel Hill, have released EnvHarness, an open-source tool that modifies static agent benchmarks into adaptive training environments. By wrapping existing environments, the layer allows training data to evolve based on the policies being tested, providing a more dynamic framework for evaluating AI agent performance.
