AWS Ships Claude Apps Gateway as Self-Hosted Control Plane for Claude Code and Claude Desktop

AWS and Anthropic have released a self-hosted gateway designed to centralize the management of Claude Code and Claude Desktop instances. This tool allows organizations to oversee user identity, routing, and spending limits while directing traffic through Amazon Bedrock. The gateway functions as a single container, providing enterprises with greater control over how their teams access and utilize Anthropic’s models within internal development environments.
