AI in arbitration: Germany's missing rulebook is nothing to worry about
Legal experts in Germany have concluded that current arbitration laws are sufficient to govern the use of artificial intelligence without requiring immediate new regulations. While the technology is increasingly used for legal research and administrative support, the legal consensus remains that human arbitrators must retain full responsibility for decision-making. These findings suggest that existing procedural frameworks are flexible enough to accommodate AI tools while maintaining due process standards.
