Travis Kalanick’s robotics startup, Atoms, has raised $1.7 billion in a funding round led by venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz. The company, which is also backed by Uber, aims to apply industrial artificial intelligence to modernize manufacturing and logistics infrastructure.
