Early Anthropic hire, former METR COO have found a way to rein in rogue AI agents

Former Anthropic and METR executives have launched a startup called Artificial Intelligence Underwriting Company, which focuses on developing methods to control autonomous AI agents. The company secured $40 million in a Series A funding round led by Ribbit Capital.
